The Roberts!

A HUGE THANK YOU to The Roberts Family!  I had a blast, but you guys know I always do with you :)  We spent a few hours (with a nap for the lil one and some football in between) taking some family pictures.  Here are some of my favorites of the session and yes, the one with little man without his shoes is included!  I hope you guys enjoy the photos as much as I did taking them for you!

But we did get a little smile in the end :)

I Heart Faces - Silhouette

This week's theme at iheartfaces is Silhouette.  My first thought was of a picture I took of the Hulvey family posted below.  But then I thought, rather than post something I already had, why not look for something new.  This past summer my husband and I visited New Bern, NC and traveled the 40 minutes or so to Pine Knoll Shores and went to check out the Aquarium.  I had just gotten a new camera and was itching to test it out.  There were a lot of kids there who LOVED the shark tank, of course :)  Below is a young man who was running up and down the length of the tank pretending he was "swimming" with the sharks.  I noticed him stop so I snapped this picture quickly and tried to figure out what made him pause.  See how long it takes you to spot the shark!
